研究指出過動症的盛行率，在台灣兒童間約是5%至7%，以往被認定是與遺傳有關，現今已被證實孩童的過敏症狀其實與過動有相關。
常見的過敏性鼻炎的症狀就是打噴嚏, 鼻子癢, 眼睛癢, 流鼻水, 鼻水倒流, 鼻塞！
㊙️其實就是鼻腔黏膜受到刺激(溫差或是低溫)，而不斷產生清澈鼻水！
有些兒童可以在早晨用掉一整包衛生紙…
不幸的是，若是父母也鼻子過敏，常會認為這是正常現象而加以忽視，造成小孩在校成績直直落，甚至遭到老師的抱怨，這孩子怎麼難以管教。😰
為何鼻子過敏就會造成孩子過動？
🐼大家知道鼻水是由那裡產生的嗎？
👼鼻腔黏膜…沒錯，先由淋巴滲出水分，再由鼻腔黏膜滲出。
而頭部的淋巴液，尤其是鼻腔的淋巴液，大部分是由消化吸收系統所吸收的水分，再加上身體的礦物質以及一些營養成分而組成。
鼻水直直流，也就是體液的大量流失(一直擤鼻涕)就會造成腦部的營養不足。各位可以想像一下，鼻腔與大腦的距離不超過十公分，共用營養似乎是正確的選擇。
所以，鼻水流多了，大腦缺乏養分，就會恍神，注意力不集中。長期下來，小朋友變得煩躁，過動，也是當然的。
通常以下幾種狀況容易流鼻涕：
✅早上沒戴口罩、只在早上洗澡、愛吃冰冷食物
這幾樣習慣有個共通點，就是身體遇到冰涼。
早晨是人體體溫，也是室內溫度最低的時候。
此時，最容易流鼻涕、打噴嚏！
簡單的推想，這就是身體無法順利讓體溫上升，而藉由打噴嚏的方式提高體溫。所以打噴嚏一般被認為是排寒的一種方式。
急性期經方會用葛根湯或是小青龍湯來緩解症狀，加強肺部的血液循環，讓肺部溫度上升，身體就不需經由打噴嚏的方式去提高體溫，也不會讓鼻涕一直滴。
✅經常熬夜
熬夜也會加重過敏。㊙️
修復人體需要腎系統的幫助，熬夜會讓肝系統以及腎系統超過負荷，當鼻腔黏膜受到刺激很容易加重反應，而讓鼻水不止。
✅未定時服藥
過敏性鼻炎分為急性期與緩解期，急性期的中藥效果快，不會有嗜睡或晃神的副作用；但是有些小朋友在鼻水稍停後，常常忘記吃藥，家長也疏於監督，造成鼻炎反覆發作。
在體質上，容易流鼻水的小朋友多半是體內腸胃道的溫度較低，又帶有水分，也就是大家常聽說的寒濕。
我們用理中湯、胃苓湯去發散胃中水氣。
寒濕是長期喝冷飲或吹冷風造成，已經成為一種體質。
改善體質，就需要數個星期的不間斷服藥。切記不能隨意停藥。

放眼望去，診所滿山滿谷濕疹病患，手掌癢到無法自己，我們該如何選擇治療方式？
西方醫學來說，濕疹（eczema）是一種常見的過敏性皮膚病。濕疹一詞通常泛指一系列持久和續發的皮疹，以發紅，水腫，搔癢和乾燥為表徵，可伴有結痂、剝落、起水泡、裂開、出血或滲血[1]。在濕疹的組織切片中可以看到表皮層出現很多發炎細胞聚集，在表皮和真皮之間導致一些空泡變化，這時候在組織內可以看到一些小水泡，在皮膚表面看到的會是紅、腫甚至是滲出一些組織液，比正常的皮膚還要濕的狀態，這個時候就是標準的急性濕疹變化。這也是濕疹被稱作濕疹的主要原因。
治療上，主要以外用類固醇藥膏塗抹與內服抗組織胺類藥物，止癢且避免發炎反應。但是類固醇藥膏，可能帶來皮膚暗沉、皮膚變薄的副作用。抗組織胺則會伴隨嗜睡等不良反應。
中醫來看，濕疹也是由濕氣造成的。這些濕氣的聚集，也可以說是皮下的組織液的過度累積，造成皮膚無法獲得養分，而出現乾癢，水泡紅腫等現象。那濕氣為甚麼會聚集呢？主要是因為局部區域的發汗量過大，例如手掌，腳掌，或是關節處。有研究顯示，濕疹患者的局部排汗量是正常人的二點五倍。
找到發汗量過大的原因，是可以快速止癢消腫的，不需要過度的症狀治療。
在《素問‧宣明五氣篇》記載“五臟化液：心為汗，肺為涕，肝為淚，脾為涎，腎為唾，是謂五液。”[2] 也就是「汗為心之液」的由來。
發汗異常的問題，在於心臟❤的控管能力不佳，經方看待發汗的系統很簡單，消化系統吸收營養與水分後，就是汗液的來源，心系統負責將這些水分與電解質送到皮膚表面，肺系統則控制汗腺的開關。
常見的汗皰疹，在手掌、手指側面及腳掌，會出現透明像珍珠樣的小水泡，這就是水分已送到皮膚表面，可是汗腺沒有打開，造成水堵在皮下，出現小水泡，奇癢無比。我們用麻黃加朮湯，打開毛孔，讓水分排出去。
主婦濕疹（又稱富貴手）多發於經常接觸水以及刺激性物品的人，如主婦、水泥工等等。在手指及手掌發病，一般不過手腕，從手指開始長出小皰疹、變厚、角質化，嚴重時皮膚乾燥、碌落甚至乾裂見血。
皮膚會出現變厚的現象，就是濕氣在肌肉層中，讓表皮層無法收到應得的養分，只好越變越厚去保護自己，我們用麻杏薏甘湯去除肌肉層的濕氣，小便量會增加，帶走皮下的組織液累積。
那…醫生，我要怎麼做才可以根治濕疹呢？答案只有一個，運動⚽。我們用適當的運動增強心臟的機能與肺活量，只要能夠順利將汗水排出體外，就不會有濕疹的產生喔！!

這些穴道都可以改善酸痛。
按摩風池穴及天柱穴改善頭頸部血液循環與眼睛疲勞。
肩部肩井穴可舒緩肩部痠痛，
背部肩胛骨上的天宗穴及
內側的膏肓穴可以緩解背部附近的酸痛。
按摩這五個穴道可以緩解頸肩背附近的痠痛症狀。
另外背部的天宗穴及膏穴肓，因位於背後不易自行按壓，可以利用大小適中的按摩球(或網球)平躺利用身體重量按壓穴位。並且可以透過旋轉伸展運動，鬆開肩背部肌肉以舒緩肩背痛。
另外其他的經絡按摩，對心臟都很好
1.腋下每天撥15-30下。
2.拍一拍手或按一按【跟心臟有關的經絡在內側】
